A Judge Forced the Army's AI Evaluations Into the Record. Then It Made DOJ Counsel Show Cause.
The Government told a court that the only AI output the evaluation board saw was one unusable document, screen-viewed for a third bidder. The judge made the AI outputs part of the record, found sentence-for-sentence overlap in that third bidder evaluation, then found the Government had twice filed declarations omitting that sitting evaluators had received the AI outputs. DOJ and Army counsel now have to show cause why they should not be sanctioned.
